About Me

I had already decided on a career in architecture when I was 12 and on leaving school I started my apprenticeship with a local architectural practice. I did not pursue an academic route for my career, I have learnt my skills whilst on the job, however in 2012 I was admitted as a chartered member to the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists in recognition of my abilities and achievements, a proud moment in my life.

I cycle to the office when practical, this reinforces my belief in an energy efficient, environmentally responsible way of life.

I consider myself fortunate to do a job that I love and believe that this passion is manifested in my enthusiasm and dedication to every project.

I have greatly benefitted from Mark's personal input over many architectural contracts which we have collaborated on. This has been endorsed by my own Clients thanks for introducing them to the various schemes that I have worked with his Company for. Attention to detail and one on one contact has led to a good turn round in project details and a consistency of information with a feeling of security when prompting Clients to use his good offices.

Claire Beard - Account Manager, Darren Evans Assessments Ltd

I have worked with Mark on domestic dwellings and commercial planning applications since 2007, Mark is excellent at reading and understanding the situation with the planning authority and assisting with the consultation required before the design begins therefore saving you time and money.

Nik Spencer - CEO/Chairman, Mission Resources Group Ltd

Mark is a fantastic chartered architectural technologist. His vision made the whole process a very simple one . He listened to our brief and delivered an amazing design that will give my family the space, light and comfort we always dreamed of.

Occasionally you are fortunate to be recommended a helpful, creative and professional individual. Mark has proved to be one of those. We were introduced to Mark when a scheme with another medium size architects practice, to extend our barn in a conservation area of Welford on Avon was being rejected. Mark took the project on turned it round with a successful outcome with a very sympathetic and practical scheme being approved

Nigel Purdy

We employed Mark Wildish for our project to convert a small bed and breakfast hotel into 8 apartments. From the very first meeting with Mark I knew we would be able to work well with him as he seemed to really listen to what we wanted to achieve. Mark guided us fully throughout the whole planning process which I know we would have found even more daunting without his support and advice. What else was particularly important to us, was how Mark was determined to see the project through despite various issues along the way and when we finally received notification that we had gained planning permission, we were really touched by Mark’s wonderful email to us congratulating us – we couldn’t have done it without you Mark!!!

Karyn Maddison and Martyn Lolley

I am very happy to recommend Mark at Archiwildish to anyone who might need the excellent services they offer. He did a great job for us designing our new building after fire took our old one. He took our visions and specification’s and turned them into our ideal building and then put it though the planning process.
